This leaves spots of sauce that seem natural there. The sauce is yummy and works well with the pepperoni (which seems more potent too.) Also important to note is that as I get older, I'm enjoying the toppings more than the breading and the naturally thin crust is a plus.

Amy - That's awesome that you got a chance to check it out so soon. It's funny to watch the area where they cook the pies as smoke billows out when released. I think the blackened part bring a rustic and natural feeling to it. I'm happy you liked it.

Ken - Don't let Amy find out if you start sneaking over there often without bringing some home. B)

Lloyd - It definitely is a New York-styled pizza. I couldn't remember, did she try Aurelio's before?Martinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02770200801562699724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8699569.post-24062174961436358622008-08-26T21:34:00.000-07:002008-08-26T21:34:00.000-07:00Hey since I am blogging again, I figured that I wo...Hey since I am blogging again, I figured that I would comment on this, Teri went on her brother's wife's birthday and she wasn't too impressed with it. I had lunch with a friend today and we were right there on Eastern and Coronado... so I said, Hey, I just heard about this great pizza joint.

OMG! You are right. It was perfect -- even with the slightly blackened spots from the brick oven. Since I knew I would not save any for Ken, I got him his own personal pizza to bring home.

You are right though, this is good stuff -- and their salads are good too!New White Kedshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07697194314162474469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8699569.post-80219805091805607242008-08-25T09:44:00.000-07:002008-08-25T09:44:00.000-07:00I don't think we would have ;-).
