Charisma Carpenter is one of the most naturally beautiful women in North America. She is a chameleon when it comes to style (made it difficult to find a good photo) and is always willing to push new boundaries. The fact that she was on two of my favorite shows and comes from Las Vegas definitely gives her a big edge. The only thing holding her back is her skin art which is still pretty minimal. She needs to get a new series.
